Swimwear online purchases will require an adult signature upon delivery.
All purchases are shipped via United States Postal Service. To estimate
the total delivery time, please allow one to two business days to
process your order and 5 days for U.S. shipping. International orders
may take 10 or more business days to receive.
Returns
& Exchanges: Please
note that we do NOT accept returns and issue refunds. We are EXCHANGE
ONLY. If you would like to make an exchange, please begin by making
an online selection to identify the replacement item that you would
like. Then contact us at assistance@sofiswimwear.com
for further exchange instructions. Your exchange request must be
received within 14 days of your original order date (24 days for
international customers).
Changes:
If you wish to change your order, please send an email to assistance@sofiswimwear.com.
We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However,
once a product has left our premises for shipping, the purchase
cannot be changed.
